When I first went to see Diane it was to help lessen the amount and severity of the migraines that were plaguing my life.

I was apprehensive about meeting her but she has a very calming influence and I felt a natural empathy towards her. We would meet on a weekly basis and each time she came very well prepared and I feel Diane took me on a journey.

We tackled the migraine issue by techniques to help me stop worrying, how to be more assertive and not say yes to everything. Diane also dealt with other issues that appeared such as the death of my mother. Things that had been buried for years that had never been resolved. It is now 5 months since I stopped seeing her and whenever I feel a migraine coming(which is not very often) I just take paracetamol and it goes. This would have never have happened before.

This has made a huge difference to me.

Diane immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease with her friendly, warm manner. Having talked through the aspects of my life I wanted to make changes in, I was encouraged to relax and close my eyes. Diane talked me through some ideas in a gentle way. For anyone who may feel a bit apprehensive about being "hypnotised", it really is just a pleasurable, relaxing feeling, a bit like having a day dream. I remained aware of where I was and was not under a "spell". The whole experience  was completely under my control and  we could have stopped at any time had I wanted to.

The changes I was then able to make in my life (without even thinking about them) have been really helpful and I have been able to let go of some patterns of thought that were not benefiting my life.

It is such a simple method yet can be profoundly life-changing. It's hard to believe that it can work but believe me, it does!
